Getting Started with Patient- and Family-Centered Care

This resource includes two videos that share the stories of how The Valley Hospital and
University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health began to implement patient- and family-
centered care in their organizations. The videos, along with the discussion guide, are an educational resource for hospitals or health systems that are considering integrating PFCC in
their organizations or are in the early stages of their PFCC journey.
